I Hour Session - Online
When ADHD is part of a relationship, it isn’t a problem to fix. It is a dynamic to understand. When one partner is ADHD and the other is not, the chances of misunderstanding each other or miscommunicating are enormous. Your brains work differently and so your sense of time is different, your way of organising (or not) is different, your energy flows differently, and so much more.
The nonADHD partner often ends up taking up more of the mental load which leads to understandable resentment. The ADHD partner starts to think they can’t do anything right, which understandably leads to doing less.
I function as a translator between the two of you, explaining how, what, and why the other thinks, feels, or behaves the way they do, and support you to build a shared life that is calmer, more connected, and that works for both of you.
If you are tired of having the same argument over and over again, and you are ready to try something different, this is the place to start.
