ADHD in Love Workshop for ADHDers

You fall fast. You fall hard. Then something shifts, and you are not sure why.

It feels like the spark fades and you panic as you fear yourself following the same pattern yet again. You wonder if you are just bad at love.

You are not. ADHD changes how love works, and nobody explained the rules. This workshop looks at what is really going on.

Hyperfocusing on a new partner can feel like the most wonderful thing in the world until the hyperfocus stops. Our interest based nervous system notices when the novelty stops.

Boredom can feel like a warning sign. The temptation is to cause a fight, to stir some passion, to re-light the match. When you are not together, you forget they exist. Does this mean it is all over? Or is ADHD love a little different?

The approach is trauma-informed and free of shame. You are not too much. You are not too little. Your different brain impacts how you think, feel, and act, and that can be understood.

This workshop is also the first step into the six-week programme for ADHDers who want to get relationship-ready. Come for one session. Stay for the full support if it fits.
