Loving an ADHDer
A One-Hour Workshop for Partners of ADHDers
£10
You started out helping. Now you are the parent, the planner and the household manager. Exhaustion and arguments are daily companions.
It doesn’t have to be that way.
Join a group of partners who understand. Any sexuality, any gender, any form of relationship. Using my Calming Dragons method, we will look at what is happening now, where it came from and how to shift it. You will leave with your first step back to the connection you once had.
ADHD UK: ADHD and Couples Q&A session – with Anita Hempenius
These Q&A sessions are both for ADHDers and for those who are in a relationship with an ADHDer. I can explain, clarify, and give advice for both sides in the relationship so feel free to ask this senior practitioner ADHD coach any questions regarding ADHD and Couples.
ADHD UK: ADHD for the non-ADHDer – with Anita Hempenius
A group for partners of ADHDers, parents of ADHD children (whether they are now adult or not), siblings of ADHDers, and friends or colleagues of ADHDers, who have questions and need answers.
Standing on the shoulders who came before
After our wonderful first pilot session at Michaelmas, we want to keep the momentum going with this next meeting. In the spirit of Samhain and Dia de Muertas (day of the dead), we will honour who came before, including our own previous selves, and the gifts they granted us. If you are an entrepreneur, neurodivergent or HSP, and have a spiritual slant, this is a workshop for you.
27 October 2026 between 10 and 12 UK time
